Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the bajeee platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by everything set out in this document.
Agreement to These Terms
Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajeee ("bajeee", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Access to or use of the bajeee website and any services offered through it is conditional on your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms.
By creating an account on bajeee, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on any product available through the bajeee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference — notably the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bajeee.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bajeee platform and close your account. Who May Use bajeee
The following eligibility requirements apply to all persons seeking to register or use the bajeee platform. These requirements are non-negotiable and strictly enforced.
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to create a bajeee account or use any service offered through the bajeee platform. bajeee conducts identity verification on all accounts that reach the withdrawal threshold, and reserves the right to request age verification at any point. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned subject to verification review.
Geographic Eligibility
The bajeee platform is intended for use by players physically located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. bajeee does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in violation of their local laws.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on bajeee. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Deposits held in secondary accounts will be returned; any bonuses or winnings accumulated on secondary accounts will be forfeited in full.
Excluded Persons
The following persons are not eligible to hold a bajeee account: persons under 21 years of age; persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the bajeee platform; persons whose accounts have been permanently closed for Terms violations; persons acting as agents or proxies for ineligible third parties; and current employees or contractors of bajeee or its direct technology partners.
Account Registration & Verification
To use any real-money service on bajeee, you must first complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.1 Accurate Information
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. bajeee reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bajeee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify bajeee of a security breach in writing. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your account with any other person.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)
Before processing any withdrawal, bajeee may require you to complete a Know Your Customer verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
3.4 Account Closure by Player
You may close your bajeee account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method after all outstanding checks are complete. Voluntary closure does not affect any prior obligations you have incurred under these Terms.
Deposits & Withdrawals
The following rules govern all financial transactions conducted through the bajeee platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bajeee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
4.2 Deposits
Deposits are credited to your bajeee account in real time or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. bajeee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is approved by the bajeee compliance team following identity verification. bajeee reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or a security review.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on the bajeee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Amounts displayed in your account balance, wagering history, bonus wallet, and transaction records are all denominated in BDT. bajeee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered.
4.5 Fraud and Chargebacks
Any attempt to defraud bajeee through use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback abuse, exploitation of system errors, or any other fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities. bajeee employs automated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of any suspicious transaction activity.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
bajeee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.
- Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified bajeee account and are aged 21 or above.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per device.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the point of offer. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses expire after the period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
- bajeee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of a live promotion, or cancel bonus funds from an account if abuse or misuse is suspected.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are played first unless a bonus is specifically activated. The order of fund usage is governed by the platform's wallet logic and is communicated in the cashier section.
- The maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active is ৳500 per round or per bet, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.

Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available through the bajeee platform are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino titles, a physical dealing process conducted by trained human dealers under video surveillance.
6.1 RTP and House Edge

6.2 Malfunctions

6.3 Prohibited Strategies

6.4 Collusion
Collusion between players — including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, coordinated sports betting to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of cooperative play designed to defraud the platform or other players — is a material breach of these Terms. bajeee monitors all game activity for signs of collusion and will act accordingly, including closure of all involved accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Intellectual Property Rights

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in bajeee's intellectual property.

Unauthorised use of bajeee's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright and trademark law.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajeee, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bajeee platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm.
bajeee does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible. bajeee's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms — for any cause and regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.1 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bajeee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in violation of any applicable law, or any content you submit to the platform.
9.2 Force Majeure
bajeee shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond bajeee's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or actions of third-party payment providers.
Amendments & Governing Law
bajeee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the bajeee website. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — bajeee will notify registered players via the contact details on file at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bajeee to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bajeee's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. bajeee's complaints process is available through the customer support channel and is free of charge to registered players.
